• GARNISH: CHERRY, ORANGE PEEL

Ingredients	Amount
Hayman's Old Tom Gin	2-3/4 oz
Comoz Dry Vermouth	1/2 oz
Maraska Maraschino	1/4 dashes
Orange Bitters	4 dash

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice

2. Stir for 20-30 seconds

3. Strain into a chilled, martini glass

4. Garnish with rolled orange peel and marachino cherry on a skewer
