Barrel Aged Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Tequila Ocho Reposado	5.25 cups
Bosscal Mezcal	3 cups
Amaro di Angustora	1.5 cups

With Funnel add all ingredients to the barrel label and let sit for 7 days

After 7 days Bottle and restart

Barrel cannot be aloud to remain empty and dry out.

Worst cast scenario is fill it with warter until ready to rebatch
