Ingredients	Amount
Sky vanilla	1.5oz
Passionfruit liqueur DeKuyper	.5oz
Passionfruit puree Real	1oz
Vanilla simple syrup	.5oz
Lime Juice	.5oz
Prosecco	2 oz

Procedure

1. Fill mixing glass with ice, sans sparkling wine

2. Shake for 15 sec

3. Strain into Martini glass

4. Top champagne

5. Float dried passionfruit
