Fireside Margarita

• Glass: Margarita

• Garnish: Rosemary and apple slice and cinnamon Sugar rim

Jose Cuervo Tradicional	1.5oz
400 Conejos mezcal	splash
Maple Syrup	.5oz
Apple cider	1oz
Cinnamon Sugar rim

Procedure

1. Build all ingredients in Shaker tin with ice

2. Coat rim of glass with cinnamon sugar

3. Add ice to glass

4. Shake for 10 Sec

5. Strain over fresh ice

6. Garnish with Dehydrated apple and smoking rosemary(server will light when departing bar)
