Ingredients

Bourbon< per store menu

2 oz

Honey Syrup (1:1 water /syrup)

.5oz

Lemoon Juice,

.5oz

Pineapple Juice

1oz

egg white

1 egg white

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass without ice shake 15 sec

  2. Add ice shake for 10sec

  3. Double strain over single cube

  4. Create a circle around egg white foam with bitters

Quality Identifier:

  • Create layer of foam by giving good dry shake

  • Use a skewer and make a design out of drops of bitters
