  • Glass: Double Rocks

  • Garnish: Fresh sage bouquet

Honey sage syrup

.5oz

Angostura bitters

2 dashes

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass and stire for 15 sec

  2. Strain into Double rocks with single cube

  3. Garnish with orange slice and sage leaf laying on top of the large cube

Honey Sage syrup

  1. 1 cup of hot water from coffee machine

  2. 7 sage leaves, let steep for 2 minutes

  3. after 2 minutes add 1 cup of honey

  4. Stir

  5. bottle
