Ingredients	Amount
Jim Beam	1-3/4 oz
Lemon Juice	1/2 oz
Maple syrup	3/4 oz

PROCEDURE:

• Combine all ingredients

• Add ice shake for 15sec

• Strain into couple

• No garnish

• Shake until substantial foam appears

• Strain and shake as much of foam as possible out of tin
