Pisco Sour

smooth drinking, everything blends well for a balanced drink

  • Glass: Coupe or Nick and Nora

  • Garnish: 3 Drops of Angostura bitters

Pisco barsol or similar pisco

2oz

Lime

1oz

Simple syrup

.5oz

Egg white or fee Foam

Angostura Bitter

3 drops on top of foam

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker tin with no ice

  2. Hard Shake for 15 Sec

  3. Add ice shake for 10 sec

  4. Double strain into coupe of Nick and Nora

  5. Drop 3 drops of bitter atop of the foam
