Parrot Bay Coconut	2oz
Blue curacao	1oz
Pineapple Juice	2 oz
Sweet and sour	splash

Procedure

1. Build all ingredients in shaker with ice

2. Shake for 15 seconds

3. Pour into iced hurricane glass

4. Garnish with pineapple and cherry
