Strawberry Rhubard Smash

  1. .75oz Monin Strawberry Rhubarb Puree

  2. .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  3. 2oz Woodford reserve

  4. 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves

  • Place Basil and Lemon juice in tin

  • Muddle for 10 seconds

  • Add Ice

  • Add Puree and Bourbon

  • Shake until tin is frosty

  • Place 1 strawberry and lemon round along inside of glass

  • Ice glass

  • Strain ingredients over fresh ice

  • Add fresh mint sprig on top of ice, resting above rim
