Slightly different version of a French 75

Grey Whale Gin	2oz
Earl grey infused simple	1oz
Champagne, Schramsburg Brut blanc	top
Earl Gray infused simple syrup
White sugar	2 cups
Water	2 cups
Earl Grey Tea Bags	3

Procedure

1. Build in order

2. Top to ½ inch below rim

For Earl Grey Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients to sauce pan heat to a simmer

Once sugar is disolve remove from heat and add 3 Earl Grey tea bags

Steep for 3 minutes

Bottle in aprroved glass container

keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
