To be used if you don't have a Barrel Aged or if guest requests a different spirit

• GLASS: Martini

• GARNISH: Brandied Cherry

Ingredients	Amount
Whislte Pig 6 year or per guest request	2 oz
Carpano Antica Sweet vermouth	1 oz
Angostura Bitters	2 dashes

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice

2. Stir for 20-30 seconds

3. Strain into a Martini glass

4. Garnish with a brandied cherry
