Dried Hibiscus flower

1.5 cups

Water

4 cups

white sugar

2 cup

  1. Place all ingredients to a sauce pan

  2. Heat over medium heat until sugar is melted

  3. Remove from heat, allow too steep for 10 minutes

  4. Portion into glass bottle

  5. label, good for 1 week
