• GARNISH:orange peel

Ingredients	Amount
Sky	1.5oz
Dolin Sweet Vermouth	.75
Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth	.75
Maraschino Liqueur	.5 tsp
Angustora orange Bitter	1 dash

Procedure

1. Build in mixing glass with Ice

2. Stir for 15 seconds until well chilled

3. Strain into Chilled Martini Glass

4. Express fresh orange peel over and drop into drink
