Holiday/Autumn Sangria Batch

• Glass: wine Glass

• Garnish: orange, apple, lemon

• Stripped paper straw

Red Wine(use opened bottles) or approved sub	2/750ml bottles
Christian Brothers Brandy	1 cup
Peach Schnapps	1/2 cup
Orange juice	2 cups
Cinnamon sticks	2
Star anise	6
Fresh oranges	4 sliced
lemon	2 sliced
Lime	2 sliced
fresh or frozen cranberries	2 cups

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to a cambro

2. Cover and place in walk in for min of 4 hours

3. Batch size can be adjusted based on anticipated usage

For Service

add ice to wine glass

Add orange, lemon, lime

fill to 1' below rim
