Procedure

  1. Add Mint to mixing tin and gentle, quick muddle

  2. Add remainder except prosecco and shake for 10

  3. Strain into wine glass with Ice

  4. Top with Prosecco

  5. Garnish with nice mint bouquet and a striped straw
