Smoked Black Cherry Old Fashioned

• Glass: Rocks

• Garnish: black cherry and bouquet of mint

Evan williams	2oz
Filthy black cherry syrup	.75oz
Bittermans Burlesque Bitters	15 drops
wood chips	Smoke glass

Procedure

1. Add ice to glass and dump

2. Light wood chips, put glass over chops

3. Ice glass crystal full of ice

4. Add all ingredients to Crystal mixing glass

5. Stir for 15 sec

6. Add Large cube to double rocks or margarita glass

7. Strain over single cube

8. Garnish with Orange twist and Black cherry(get a bag from grocery store)
