Procedure

1. In a Mixing tin with ice

2. Measure 3.5oz of batch for full size Martini

3. Rim Glass with Bleu Cheese Salt

4. Shake tableside

5. Add 2 Blue cheese stuffed olives on a skewer to glass

6. Strain, return shaker to the bar
