• Garnish: Half Moon slice grapefruit

Tanquary Gin	1oz
Fresh Pink Grapefruit	.75ozoz
Lemon Juice	.5oz
Campari	1oz
Simple syrup	.5oz

Procedure

1. Add all ingredient in iced shaker tin

2. Shake for 10sec

3. Strain over fresh ice in collins

4. Garnish ½ slice of grapefruit rested across top of glass
