Fresh squeezed Grapefruit is a must

• Glass: Collins

• Garnish: Grapefruit ½ moon

Fords gin	1oz
Fresh Grapefruit	1.5oz
Fresh Lemon Juice	.5oz
Campari	1oz
Simple syrup 1:1	.5oz

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients, except soda, into mixing glass without ice shake 15 sec

2. Strain into collins glass

3. Garnish with grapefruit ½ wheel across the top as pictured
