• Glass: Double Rocks

• Garnish: Thin Lemon wheel

Banhez mezcal	1.5oz
Pomegranate Juice	.75oz
Lemon Juice	.75oz
Amaro Nonino	.75oz
Cinnamon syrup	.5oz
Egg white	1

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass without ice shake 15 sec

2. Add ice and shake another 10

3. Strain into Double rocks with single cube

4. Garnish with Lemon slice laying on top of the large cube
