Jose Cuervo Tradicional	1.5oz
Aperol	1oz
Spiced honey syrup (seperate recipe)	1oz
Apple cider	1oz
lime juice	1oz

Procedure

1. Build all ingredients in Shaker tin with ice

2. Coat rim of glass with cinnamon sugar

3. Add ice to glass

4. Shake for 10 Sec

5. Strain over fresh ice
