Procedure

  1. In a Mixing tin with ice

  2. Measure 3.5oz of batch for full size Martini

  3. Add 4 dashes Orange Bitters

  4. While at the service bar Servers will

  5. Express a fresh orange peel over the glass and around rim then drop in glass

  6. Drop a luxardo cherry in the bottom of the glass

  7. Shake tableside

  8. Strain, return shaker to the bar
