Apple Cider Sour

• Glass: Rocks

• Garnish: Dehydrated Apple

Ingredients	Amount
Bourbon (Old Forrester 86)	1 oz
Applejack brandy	1/2 oz
Sour mix	3/4 oz
Cinnamon syrup	1/4 oz

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice

2. Shake hard until frost forms on tin

3. Strain into double old fashioned over fresh ice

4. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice

Hard shake is a must!
