Ingredients	Amount
Grey Goose La Poire	2 oz
Simple syrup	1/4 oz
Vanilla syrup	1/2 oz
Lemon juice	1/2 oz
Sprite	splash
St. Elizabeth Alspice	scant barspoon

PROCEDURE

• Follow instructions for batching spiced syrup.

• Build all ingredients EXCEPT Sprite in shaker tin. Add ice.

• Hard shake and pour into chilled martini glass.

• Add splash of sprite
