Absolut vanilla	1.5oz
Passion fruit liquor	.5oz
Passion fruit puree	1oz
lime juice	.5oz
Vanilla syrup	.5oz
Prosecco	2oz

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients into mixing tin and shake for 10 sec

2. Strain into Martini Glass

3. Float 1 slice of 1 Dehydrated passion fruit on top
