Margarita Watermelon (CR)

• Glass: Margarita

• Garnish: Salt watermelon rind

Tequila as stated on the Menu	2oz
Fresh Watermelon puree	2oz
Cointreau	1oz
Agave Syrup (1:1)	.5oz
Fresh Lime	.5oz
Salt on rim use some rind if you have it, if not use a lime

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients into mixing tin and shake for 10 sec

2. This is a dirty dump to get the texure from the watermelon

3. Salt on the rim, use a piece of the rind for garnish
