Orgeat	.75oz
Pineapple Juice	.75oz
Lemon Juice	.75oz
angostura	6 dashes

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients in tin with ice except bitters

2. Shake 10 sec

3. Strain over fresh ice

4. Top with 6 dashes of Angustora bitters

5. Garnish with Mint bouquet
