Strawberry Puree

Ingredient	Amount
Fresh Strawberries, hulled	4 qts

1. Place Hulled Fresh strawberries in round Cambro

2. Using an Immersion/Stick blender or robot coupe blend strawberries

3. Should be smooth consistency

4. Portion into Squirt bottles for service, can be stored and fill squirt bottles as needed
