Use Cocktail recipe when making drink. This batch is not diluted so stiring or shaking is required

Batched Spirit	3.5oz
Fresh lemon peel	1

Procedure

1. Express Lemon peel over and run along rim

2. Drop in frozen Martini glass

3. Measure 3.5oz in mixing tin with ice

4. Shake

5. Strain
