Dewar's	1 oz
Ford's Gin	1 oz
dolin rouge	3/4 oz
Benedictine	1/4 oz
Orange bitters	2 dashes

Procedure

1. Build in a mixing glass

2. Add ice stir for 20 seconds

3. Strain into a coupe glass

4. Garnish with lemon peel
