Absolut Vanilla

2oz

Fresh strawberry Puree (use immersion blender)

1oz

Fee Foam (egg white sub)

5 dashes

Prosecco

top, pour slowly to grow the foam

Procedure

Strawberry Syrup
  1. Build in shaker no ice, no prosecco

  2. Hard shake for 15 sec

  3. Add ice shake for 10sec

  4. Strain into coupe

  5. Top with cold Prosecco

  6. Garnish with thin slice of strawberry on rim
