• Garnish: Lemon Peel

• Glass: Martini

• French 95: Replace Gin with Bourbon

• French 76: Replace Gin with Vodka

Ingredients	Amount
Gin	2 oz
Simple Syrup	1 oz
Lemon Juice	.5 oz
Sparkling Wine	2 oz

Procedure

1. Fill mixing glass with ice

2. Add first three ingredients

3. Hard shake for 15 seconds

4. Strain into Martini glass

5. Top champagne
