The Midori really makes this drink, mellow out the creme de menthe

  • GLASS: Martini

  • GARNISH: 2 mint leaves and fresh raspberry(if you have)

Ingredients

Midori

1oz

Green Creme De Menth

.5oz

White Creme de cacao

.5oz

Half and Half

2oz

Mint leaves

2 leaves

fresh raspberry

1, if you have in house

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker

  2. Shake until frost forms on tin

  3. strain into chilled Martini Glass

  4. place mint with 2-3 leaves along edge

  5. Rest the raspberry in mint bouquet
