Sour mix	1oz
Strawberry Jam	3 bar spoons
Rhubarb bitters	2-3 dashes
Prosecco	Top
Fresh Strawberries	2 thin slices

Procedure

1. Add all ingredient in iced shaker tin, except Prosecco

2. Shake for 10sec

3. Strain over big cube and top with Prosecco

4. Add 2 thin slices of strawberries on top of big cube
