Smoked Rosemary Bourbon Sour

  • GARNISH: Rosemary Sprig

Ingredients

Amount

Makers Mark

1-3/4 oz

Simple Syrup

1/2 oz

Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz

Procedure

  1. Place 3 inch sprig of rosemary in coupe glass

  2. Lightly torch to create smoke with out burning

  3. Add all ingredients to shaker tin

  4. Shake hard till tin is frosty

  5. Strain over rosemary into Coupe glass

  6. 2 dashes of bitter over top
