• Glass: Margarita glass

• Garnish: Thin Lemon wheel

Ilegal mezcal	1.5oz
Pomegranate Juice	.75oz
Lemon Juice	.75oz
Amaro Nonino	.75oz
Cinnamon syrup	.5oz
Egg white	1

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass without ice shake 15 sec

2. Add Ice, shale for 10 sec

3. Strain into Margarita glass with single cube

4. Garnish with Lemon slice laying on top of the large cube
