• Glass : Double Rocks

• Garnish: Mint

Lyres White cane spirit	2oz
Simple syrup	1oz
Fresh Lime Juice	1oz
Club soda	splash
Mint Leaves	10-12

Procedure

1. Place simple syrup and mint leaves in mixing tin

2. Muddle

3. Add remainder of the ingredients except soda and shake

4. Double strain over fresh ice

5. Garnish fresh mint bouquet
