Honeysuckle summer

Bitters and prosecco even this drink out. Nice finish

• GLASS: collins

• GARNISH: Mint Bouquet and straw

Ingredients	Amount
Cathead Honeysuckle	1.5 oz
Honey syrup 1:1 water to honey	.75oz
Lemon Juice	.5oz
angostura bitters	2 dashes
Prosecco	Top

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice except Prosecco

2. Shake until frost forms on tin

3. strain over fresh ice in collins glass

4. To with prosecco

5. Garnish with fresh bouquet of mint

6. Add straw
