Glass: Frozen Margarita glass
Garnish: LIME WEDGE, MINT SPRIG
White Rum

Lime Juice
32oz
Mint Simple Syrup
40oz
Water
112oz
Triple sec
8oz
2.5 Cups of fresh mint packed
5 cups of water
5 Cups of white sugar
Combine sugar and water bring to a simmer until disolved
Add Mint steep for 30 minutes
Strain and chill
