Spiced Apple Cider Mule

  • GARNISH: Apple slices, mint & cinnamon stick

1-3/4 oz

Spiced apple cider

2-1/2 oz

Fever Tree Ginger beer

PROCEDURE

  • Follow instructions for diluting spiced cider, mix in store n pour

  • Build all ingredients in double rocks glass over ice

  • Add 2 thinly sliced apple slices with holes in center

  • Using fine grater run cinnamon stick across 5 times over drink, or sprinkle using salt shaker

  • Push cinnamon stick through apples

  • Place apples slices with cinnamon stick aver top of ice

  • Place fresh sprig of MInt along rim wedged against ice

  • Grating cinnamon stick provides nice aroma

  • Slice apples as thin as possible

  • Use straw to push holes in center of apple to push stick through
