Daufuskie Island rum

2 oz

Ginger syrup

3/4 oz

Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz

Club soda

splash

chocolate bitters

2 dash

Procedure

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker tin filled halfway with ice.

  2. Shake and pour over fresh ice in a collins glass.

  3. Top with club soda and bitters.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
