Fresh Lemon and a nice bouquet of mint

• Glass: Wine

• Garnish: Lemon and Mint

Empress Gin	1.5oz
St. Germaine Elderflower	.5oz
Fresh Lemon Juice	.5oz
Fresh Mint Leaves	6
Prosecco and Soda water	Top with 50/50

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients except Fizzy to Shaker tin with ice

2. Hard Shake for 10 Sec

3. Double Strain into Ice filled wine glass

4. Top 50/50 with prosecco and soda water

5. Place Lemon Slice in glass

6. Garnish with a nice big, Fresh Mint Bouquet. Slap on hand to get fragrant
