La Bella Spritz

• Garnish: 2 slices of cucumber in the glass not on rim

• Wine glass

Ingredients	Amount
No 3 london gin	1.5oz
St . Germaine	.5oz
Fresh Cucumber	3 slices
lime	.5oz
Prosecco	2oz

Procedure

1. Add Gin and 3 slices of fresh cucumber and muddle

2. Add st germain, lime and shake

3. Strain into wine glass with ice

4. Add prosecco

5. Garnish 2 cucumber coins in glass not on the rim
