Ingredients	Amount
Empress 1908 gin or Grey Whale	1.5oz
St . Germaine	1oz
Fresh Cucumber	3 bar spoons diced fresh cucumber
soda water	splash
Prosecco	3oz

Procedure

1. Add Gin and 3 slices of fresh cucumber and muddle

2. Add st germain and shake

3. Strain into wine glass with ice

4. Add splash off soda and prosecco

5. Garnish 2 cucumber coins
