Lairds Apple Jack	1.5oz
Apple Juice	1oz
Cinnamon syrup	.5oz
lemon	.25oz
Angustora Bitters	1 Dash

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients in Shaker tin with Ice

2. Shake for 10sec

3. Strain into Martini Glass

4. Garnish with Floating round dehydrated apple
