Spring/Summer Fling

• Glass: wine

• Garnish: Basil Bouquet fresh lemon wheel

Tito's	2oz
Limoncello	2oz
Lemon Juice	1oz
Agave	.5oz
Basil Leaves	4 medium size(Save nice bouquets for garnish)
Club soda	2oz

Procedure

1. Place Basil and agave in mixing tin

2. Muddle Lightly

3. Add remaining except soda

4. Shake 10 sec

5. Fill Wine glass with ice

6. Strain over ice

7. Garnish with nice Bouquet of basil and fresh lemon wheel down in glass along the side
