• GLASS: Frozen Martini

• GARNISH: Three Olives on a skewer

Ingredients	Amount
Wounderbird Gin No. 97	3oz
Junmai DaiGinjo sake	1.5oz
Coarse sea salt	Pinch

Procedure

1. Build in mixing glass without ice

2. Stir until salt dissolves

3. Add ice and stir for 15 sec to chill

4. Strain into chilled Martini glass

5. Garnish with 3 olives on a skewer
