Mojito

• Glass: HIGHBALL

• Garnish: LIME WEDGE, MINT SPRIG

Ingredients	Amount
White Rum	2 oz
Lime Juice	3/4 oz
Simple Syrup	1/2 oz
Mint Leaves	3 ea
Club Soda	Splash

Procedure

1. In a shaker, lightly muddle mint with simple syrup

2. Add ice, rum, lime juice and shake

3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice

4. garnish with a Lime wedge and a sprig of mint
