Whiskey Sour

• Glass: COUPE

• Garnish: LEMON PEEL

Ingredients	Amount
Bourbon	2-1/2 oz
Lemon Juice	3/4 oz
Simple Syrup	1/2 oz
Fee Foam	2 dashes
Angostura Bitters	2 dash

Procedure

1. Build in a mixing glass

2. Dry shake all ingredients (15 seconds)

3. Add ice and shake again until cold

4. Strain into a coupe

5. Garnish with a lemon peel
