• GLASS: Frozen Martini

• GARNISH: Orange peel

Ingredients	Amount
Pre batched Perfect martini	3.5oz or 2.5oz
orange bitters	1 dash

Procedure

1. Bartenders will place 1 dash of orange bitters in mixing tin

2. Garnish glass with orange twist, express over glass

3. Shake for 15 seconds until well chilled

4. Strain into Chilled Martini Glass
