Vodka	1.5oz
Kahlua	1 oz
Real brand Pumkin puree	1oz

Procedure

1. Add Vodka, kahlua, pumkin to shaker with ice

2. Shake for 10 sec

3. Pour over fresh ice

4. Top with heavy cream foam

Heavy Cream Foam

1. Fill shaker tim ¼ way with Heavy Cream

2. Remove spring from drink strainer

3. Place in tin

4. Shake for 2-5 min to achieve a thick pourable topping
