Ingredients	Amount
Highclere Castle Gin	2oz
Fresh Lemon juice	.75oz
Honey Syrup (1:1 water to honey)	.5oz

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice

2. Hard shake for 15 seconds

3. Double Strain into coupe

4. Espress Lemon twist then drape over side
